4. Google API Services User Data Policy

MailerBits complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Gmail and Google Sheets APIs to:

• Send emails on your behalf
• Access draft emails for campaign automation
• Store campaign data in your private Google Sheets

5. Permissions Required

MailerBits requires the following Google permissions to function:

• Gmail Access: To read drafts and send emails on your behalf
• Google Sheets Access: To create and update your campaign tracking sheets
• Email Address: To identify your account and track your usage quota

• Gmail draft content (only when you explicitly choose to send via MailerBits)
